"DOING SEPIA" With Annie & Scarlet

Howdy Hi, Imagers....
There is a new "effect" in town.
Has anyone tried it yet?

F/X SEPIA
found in Image Magick studios.

It is very different than others in that it gives your image a
FLUORESCENT
look about it.
Now, how kewl is that?????

This is how to use it , based on Image Magick's suggestion:
-GOES FROM 0 TO MAX RGB RANGE
(That means it covers the whole spectrum of colors)

-USE % PERCENTAGES AS PARAMETERS
(80% is recommended as a good starting place = MEDIAN OR MIDDLE RANGE.
Adjusst up or down according to your graphic/matte.)

-WHILE DOING THESE, THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS WHICH COMPOSITE FEATURE TO FOLLOW UP WITH.
(That will make all the difference in the world so you are going to have to do some button pushing and trial & error)

BUT YOU WILL BE AMAZED AT THE COLORS ONCE YOU GET THE WINNING COMBINATION!!!

Below are some originals,
basic steps on how/what to do in order to obtain this
and the images to show you the final outcome.

"FX/SEPIA" = 100%
After trial & error with SEPIA and COMPOSITE
chose to use COMPOSITE/BUMPMAP which gave it a goldish hue

COMPOSITE/BUMPMAP
Finish off with Effects frm ENHANCE, DECORATE, ETC

After doing some more trials with COMPOSITE,
found out that COMPOSITE/EXCLUSION was the best choice for this graphic.
***However, could not use it wihout first using COMPOSITE/BUMPMAP but EXCLUSION finally did give it that nice soft color.

***NOTE:
The idea is to get the FLUORESCENT look.
It may take some trial & error,
like I said earlier
